Our History
We started our journey with the traditional Lorena Advogados firm, founded in 1995. With the death of the founder in 2012, Dr Peterson, who previously acted as a partner, acquires part of the firm, and becomes its managing partner.
After that period, many changes occurred with the arrival of new areas of expertise to adapt to the needs of customers. The years 2015 and 2018 were very important for the firm, as became part of the society Dr. Milene Landolfi, Dr. Rosi Zacarella and Dr. Monica Bonetti Couto, respectively, changing the firm’s name to the current one: Zacarella, Landolfi e Bonetti Couto Advogados Associados.
Today we are proud of our journey, as it shows that we are on the right path with maturity, new opportunities, and continuous growth, always investing in academic training combined with experience.

The Zacarella, Landolfi e Bonetti Couto Advogados Associados firm has built a successful trajectory through its purpose of acting side by side with clients in an agile way, with personalized service and high technical capacity of its team.

CIVIL
The area of Civil Law is certainly the widest in the field of law, covering a diverse range of rights and obligations, among which we highlight: analysis and drafting of contracts; general obligations; civil liability of legal entities and professionals for material and moral damages; themes related to the location; execution of judicial and extrajudicial documents; collections; monitoring actions; property disputes, amongst others.
CONSUMER
We are able to defend the interests of client companies in their relations with the consumer market. Whether the company is a product supplier or a service provider, our firm has specialists who will advise, including preventively, on issues related to consumer relations. We work in both advisory and litigation areas, drafting contracts, assisting in the negotiation of agreements to resolve commercial disputes, civil liability, moral and material damages. We provide legal advice to consumer protection agencies, state PROCON’s, Special Courts and Public Civil Actions based on the Consumer Protection Code.
LABOR
Our firm acts on behalf of client companies in disputes filed by their employees and former employees, as well as on union issues. In addition to other issues pertaining to Labor Justice, such as: Preparation of employment contracts, assistance in obtaining indirect terminations, guidance on occupational accidents; defenses of client companies in relation to complaints to the workers’ protection bodies; guidance on rights and duties related to the employment relationship; negotiation and judicial approval of labor agreements, amongst other advisory and litigation activities.
CORPORATE LAW
The firm has a team specialized in matters that govern business relations, the rights and obligations of companies or entrepreneurs and their relations with the market, such as business contracts, intellectual property, credit collection, through collection, monitoring, execution, bankruptcy and judicial recovery, repossession and search and seizure, commercial representation, banking law, digital business law, amongst other areas related to companies and their day-to-day activities.
STRATEGIC LITIGATION
Our team has a strong presence in strategic judicial and administrative litigation, with a focus on resolving disputes in different spheres of the Judiciary, from the distribution of lawsuits in the first instance, with a solid performance in the higher courts.
Our work starts even before conflicts have begun, trying to avoid them, as we seek to know, in detail, the activities developed by our customers, as true business partners.
It is also important to mention that our firm seeks to privilege, whenever possible, the resolution of conflicts of interest even before its judicialization, however, with full expertise in the event judicial intervention is necessary.
ADVISORY
Analysis of the specific case and evaluation of the necessary measures to minimize the risks in eventual legal demands, reducing losses. Preparation of contracts specific to the needs of the contractors, aiming at greater assertiveness of the issues established by the parties.

Preparation of an opinion based on a specialist to serve as the basis for a judicial decision.

Peterson Zacarella 
Lawyer with extensive experience, with over 20 (twenty) years of experience in the civil, consumer, business areas, both in the strategic litigation sphere, as well as in the advisory/preventive and contractual sphere. Master’s degree in law, in the area of "Justice, Company and Sustainability". Specialist in Civil Procedural Law and Civil Law through Escola Paulista de Direito (EPD). He also acts as a university professor in the subject of Civil Procedural Law and Negotiation, Influence and Persuasion Techniques at Universidade Paulista (UNIP) and at Escola Superior de Advocacia (ESA-OAB/SP - Santana Subsection), where he was also its Coordinator (2013-2015 Triennial). He served as a member of the OAB-SP Court of Ethics and Discipline (TEDIII) (2004-2006 and 2007-2009 Triennials ). Co-author of legal books. Recognized by the specialized magazine Análise Editorial as one of the 500 most admired lawyers in Brazil.

Rosimeire Zacarella
Lawyer with more than 20 (twenty) years of training, she began her career around labor law. Part of her trajectory was dedicated to the improvement as a manager of people and processes in the segment of national and international events for the public coming from pharmaceutical, automobile, financial, insurance and other markets. She employs all of the expertise acquired throughout her career, in the administrative and financial management of the firm, aiming at the optimization of resources and quality in the provision of services to clients. Participates actively in the Project Mothers of Brazil - SP aiming at the creation of public policies and legislation that support dyslexic patients and ADHD carriers.

Milene Landolfi La Porta Silva
Lawyer with 20 years of experience in customized law, working in the advisory, preventive, contractual and litigation spheres, both in the labor and civil areas. Development of contracts tailored to the client's needs and purpose of hiring; Preparation of legal opinions and opinions to guide companies about the conducts to be adopted in working relationships with their employees and outsourced service providers.
Master Degree in Law, in the area of "Justice, Company and Sustainability". Postgraduate student in Digital Law and Compliance at Faculdade Damásio. Postgraduate degree in Regulatory Affairs for Medicines and Cosmetics under ANVISA by Instituto Racine [Racine Institute]; Post graduate degree in Labor Law and Relations through Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo [São Bernardo do Campo Law School]; Postgraduate degree in Environmental Law from Escola Superior da Advocacia da OAB/SP [OAB/SP School of Law]; Law Degree from Universidade Braz Cubas [Braz Cubas University].

Monica Bonetti Couto
Lawyer and Legal Consultant, with extensive experience in the advisory and litigation spheres.
She works in the strategic litigation area, with a focus on special actions and lawsuits in the Courts. She has specialized, over many years, in the appeal sphere, having published dozens of articles and books, in Brazil and abroad
She is part of the Special Demands Nucleus, responsible for defining the strategy to be adopted in each specific case, aiming to provide the most appropriate treatment in compliance with the specificities of each client/litigation. She has made remarkably successful partnerships with lawyers, Legal Departments and Law Firms for the study of special cases, defining, in collaboration and, in certain cases, co-authorship, the strategy to be adopted. She is also responsible for evaluating and acting on claims at the Appeals stage that require presentation of memorials and oral support before the Courts. She has extensive academic experience, acting as a teacher and lecturer for 20 (twenty) years. She was coordinator of Undergraduate, Specialization and Master's Courses.
She is also currently a Professor of content related to Civil Procedure in Postgraduate courses offered by several schools and colleges, among them Escola Paulista de Direito [São Paulo School of Law], Damásio (IBEMEC) and Escola Superior de Advocacia - ESA/São Paulo [ESA/São Paulo School of Law], amongst others. She is a guest speaker at the Brazilian Bar Association [Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil – OAB/SP]. Her academic performance requires permanent research to update herself on legislative, jurisprudential and doctrinal changes, especially based on the New Code of Civil Process and the challenges that face the dynamics of precedents and the necessary dejudicialization of some acts, practices and conflicts.
She holds a PhD in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP) [Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo]. Master’s degree by the same institution (PUC/SP). Specialist in Civil Procedural Law from Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR) [Federal University of Paraná]. Winner of the Jabuti Award (Literature/Law - 2013). Jury of the same award (year 2014). She has extensive research experience, having a CNPQ scholarship in her doctorate, acting in the leadership of Research Groups (she was leader of the Research Group/CNPQ Judiciary Power Reform and Innovation from 2010 to 2017). She has coordinated and prepared pedagogical projects for undergraduate and graduate courses (master's and specialization) in Law. Associate member of the Conselho de Pesquisa e Pós Graduação em Direito - CONPEDI [Council for Research and Post-Graduate Studies in Law] and the Associação Brasileira de Ensino do Direito - ABEDi [Brazilian Association of Law Teaching - ABEDi].
